Upskirting is the act of taking a picture under someone else's clothes without that person's consent. It is currently a distinct criminal offence in Wales and England.

It can happen anywhere. For example, the British transit Police have noticed an increase in cases involving public transport.

The new law will apply to situations in which the intent behind the action is to obtain sexual gratification, to embarrass, distress, or alarm others.

Anyone can become a victim, regardless of gender, and this attitude is totally unacceptable.
